Just a great experience from beginning to end. Reception was warm and welcoming, my appointment was on time, my hygienist Mary excellent. It’s a four out of five because the practice didn’t address the elephant in the room, the change in practice dentists. I had a new dentist and there was no discussion of why. Doctor Maloni was great. I’ll be back.
Extremely professional and friendly staff. There was no pressure or hard sell on services not covered by insurance, which I really appreciated. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a new dental team—highly recommended!
5 Stars All Across! My family and I have been having the hardest time finding a “good” dentist. I’ve been the guinea pig when shopping for a dentist my family and I can go to. Lo and behold I came across Central Park Modern Dentistry and I was apprehensive. When shopping for a dentist in the past, I’ve experienced the office staff being rude, abrasive and low energy like they didn’t want to be at work or something or I was interrupting them from whatever they were doing. When I called this office I was pleasantly surprised by the articulate, kind, welcoming energy from the office staff. So I scheduled an appointment. When I came for my appointment, I was welcomed with the same energy I received on the phone. Then when I went to the dentist chair, the dentist assistant (I don’t remember his name) was so kind and gentle when doing X-rays and fast. Usually X-rays are very uncomfortable but he was so fast and gentle I hardly felt anything. A+ Then when Dr Maloney came in I was blown away by her energy and how kind she is. She told me what I needed to know, did my cleaning and referred me to other providers that I needed. This was the best treatment I have had in a dentist in more than a decade. As a result, I scheduled my daughter and my husband to get their dental care here and they both also had fantastic experiences here. My number 13 tooth had been hurting. After having x-rays, Dr. Maloney recommended that I get a root canal and a post from an endodontist. After two weeks, I was fitted for a temporary crown, and two weeks later, she and her assistants Installed the permanent crown. The shape of my teeth which are crowded together did not make it easy, however after their persistence, the fit was comfortable.
The whole experience was amazing. Keep in mind No one likes going to the dentist but I will be back! 5 star service and I was late (my apologies)
