I visited the office for my initial appointment with Dr. Ferguson, and it was excellent. She’s very gentle and talks you through everything. The hygienist Allie performed a deep cleaning. She really likes to educate you on oral health and how to better your home care which shows how much she cares and doesn’t just have you in and out of the chair. Both appointments were amazing. The customer service was exceptional, and we will certainly be returning.
I truly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lauren Roberts and Dr. Blythe Ferguson. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine compassion made what could have been a stressful experience feel safe and empowering. Dr. Lauren Robert’s and her outstanding team were both professional and pleasant during my teeth check-up and cleaning yesterday. I highly recommend this dentist for any teeth care. Even though my insurance coverage changed in 2025 the staff found a way to find the most economical payment. The staff was efficient, friendly, and informative while examining, X-raying, and cleaning my teeth. They gently and painlessly removed tarter stains. I very much appreciated this delicate skill! I usually do not post reviews but felt compelled to because I had such a positive experience.
For anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Sloans Lake area, I don’t recommend going here. I went in multiple times, and the dentist that I was seeing was very unprofessional as a person towards me over and over, which is just unacceptable as a customer. In addition, my billing was a complete disaster from the beginning and as much as I had back and forth to sort it out, the one person who understood what was happening left this facility (probably a good idea). I’m so grateful that I found Golden Smiles instead, which is also in the Sloans Lake area, and I highly recommend taking a look at them over Edgewater Modern Dentistry
Alexandra is amazing! My visit was surprisingly pleasant and pain free. I learned so much and appreciate their transparency with cost and the reason behind recommend procedures.
