I want to start by saying I HATE going to the dentist, and avoid it whenever I can. So when i do go, i have anxiety! However, today for a cleaning I had Nancy for the first time.... and it was the easiest, gentlest cleaning I have EVER had. I'm still in shock. She made the entire experience truly painless! I also got to meet one of the newer dentists- and he was extremely kind, and explained everything I needed him to!
Dr. Mensah and his assistant Manny have been AMAZING. I brought my daughter here for a bridge due to congenital missing teeth and they have been nothing short of a miracle. I scheduled my own appointment for a crown and a filling. Dr. Mensah took the time to explain everything and I didn't feel rushed with him at all. Hanna in the office was very helpful with scheduling and insurance. Manny really stood out to me. His bedside manner was top notch. Always checking on me, brought me a blanket without me even having to ask. After I got the numbing shot I was cold and shivering and he noticed and got it for me. He was sure to be very gentle and really had my comfort in mind. I never felt more safe and confident at a dentist office.
Dr.mensah and Kim helped me so much today. They talked me through everything they did and made sure I understood and asked if I had questions, it was a very personable experience and made me very comfortable and confident. It made me want to come back :)

Incredibly friendly and understanding of where I am in my dental journey. Dr. Mensah is very approachable and considerate of my comfort level. If I move out of Brighton, I will continue coming here!
