Kelsey is absolutely amazing!! She is always upbeat and cares about her patients- she goes above and beyond. She takes her job seriously and makes sure that clients are well taken care of. We love this practice and definitely recommend asking for Kelsey! This is a great group.

Everyone here is always so friendly. I've seen both hygienists, Kelsey and Dede and they are both sweethearts. And the woman at the front, Megan I think her name is, always has a smile on her face and is very helpful. Would highly recommend this office.

I have been going to this location for at least four years and don’t miss my 6 month checkups. Today I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes. The receptionist never confirming why the wait and talking on the phone even when other patients arrived. I was then told by the hygienist that I had periodontal disease without any concern for this in past visits. She was rough on my teeth and mumbled as she worked on my teeth cleaning. I am not going back to Orchard Dental and will find another dentist

Kelsey, is the best hygienist ever!!! She was so friendly, professional, and such an amazing person. I would highly recommend Dr. Chiu also she was very funny and taught me so much and did great with my filling. Thanks to these women my mouth feels so clean and shinny.
