Had an awesome experience at Dr. Chris Bockrath’s office! The team was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. Dr. Bockrath made everything comfortable and easy to understand, and the quality of care was top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!
I had a cleaning appointment scheduled for today at 3pm. I misplaced the time note and got there around 3:20. The place was completely dark and the dentist was waiting for me to inform me he had rules and I was supposed to be there at 3. He was very rude and egotistical which he always is. There are literally hundreds of dentists I can go to for work. I won’t subject myself to rudeness and poor customer service.
Mountain Aire is awesome! Super high-tech and professional, and Summer is an amazing hygienist! It was also nice to watch the Nature Channel while having the teeth cleaned.. I look forward to my next cleaning so I can catch the next episode :-))
My husband had his time wrong. He thought it was for 3:30. He had an appointment for a cleaning at 3:00 PM on Thursday. He was on his way when Mountain Aire called. They told him he can only be 15 minutes late. He thought, they must have other people. He gets there at 3:20. The place is dark and everyone was gone except the Dentist who met him at the door. The Dentist was rude, disrespectful and condescending. My husband was told he couldn’t get his teeth clean. Customers don’t come first at this place. We will never go back!!!
I've had extensive dental work done here, including crowns, a root canal, and wisdom teeth removal, and I can't recommend this office enough. The entire staff, from the doctor to the hygienists, are incredibly supportive and kind. The doctor takes the time to thoroughly answer all of your questions, ensuring you're comfortable and well-informed. We even needed to reach out to him on a weekend, and he was very responsive. If you're still searching for a great dentist, I highly recommend this office!
