We signed up for snow removal this winter and are happy we did. Megan is very responsive and easy to work with. In the latest storm the team showed up around 11:30pm, worked fast and were respectful of our property. Our dogs don’t even bark at them out there! If we don’t need them to come, I just text and they skip to the next house. Highly recommend for anyone who needs help with snow removal!
I live in a town house with a small yard. Megan and her crew have worked on refreshing my courtyard for several years. I have dogs and trees, so by spring there’s definitely a big clean up needed. And they’ve always done a great job. There are many things that make working with Megan a pleasant experience. She answers texts and phone calls in a timely manner. She listens carefully to what you want done and will do whatever it takes to make your vision come true. Afterward the cleanup is perfect. Her crew Juan, Johan, Elmer, David, and Chris are hard workers who go above and beyond. They are fast in their snow removal and I have the option to text and cancel when I don't need snow shoveled that day. They are amazing and I can't recommend them enough!
