Eden spa is an amazing and wonderful place! The staff are friendly and caring. It’s the perfect escape and relaxation great for a spa day. I have never been disappointed in any of the services or staff. When Taylor my trusted massage therapist left the staff was very helpful and kind in helping me find a new massage therapist. The waiting area is peaceful and calm helping set the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and calm.
Eden Spa is one amazing place! Everything was beyond 5 star review. As soon as you step inside your whole body and mind are relaxed. Service is hands down one of the best we have ever received, super helpful with all your questions, easy to book services over the phone and they make sure you are super conformable from the minute you walk in. This place has vibes for days, the plants, relaxing music, the free cup of tea, the waiting room, everything is awesome! The couples massages is what we got but the only thing that we don't recommend is doing the 50 minute session because it's just too short for how great it was, we will be doing the 80 minute massage next time. Highly recommend a must go to spa in downtown Denver.

Eden Spa was very unassuming from the outside, but once I stepped in, my whole body relaxed. The vibe was relaxing— from the plants, to the music, and the lavender tea. I felt so relaxed before my massage even started. My massage was great! I would definitely recommend!
Treated myself and a friend each to The New You package and OH MY GOD it was amazing. We both left feeling like jello in the absolute best way possible. Sadly, I don't remember the names of the ladies who provided our services, but they were all amazing. My friend and I were both pleasantly surprised by the raindrop wrap, it was just decadent. Highly recommend!
