Wonderful experience! I did the combo massage and really appreciated starting in a comfortable chair to relax before moving to the table. They did a great job with the deep tissue work—very effective and professional. The atmosphere also really helped with relaxing—calm, quiet, and soothing. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely be going again!
This was my first time here and hands down one of the best massages I ever experienced. The manager and her staff were polite and helpful. Unlike the guest who mentioned sound and see-through dividers, I didn’t mind the occasional soft whispers from the neighboring hub because honestly it was so minor. The ambiance is quiet and tranquil and pretty dim so don’t be concerned about others seeing you. For the value of my 90 min massage (extended per my request from 60 mins because it was so good) I received everything a high end spa would have provided without the high end cost. Lisa who was my acupressure therapist was amazing and I am definitely returning.
First time going here. The massage was great. Loved the warm table. Prices are good. Only drawback is it isn't private so you can hear the other people in the room. You can also see into the other "rooms" as the curtains are very sheer. I could see the person next to me undressing and vice versa. I'd still go back in a pinch.
Very disappointing experience. My partner and I received this as a gift because of how much in need we were of a good massage. During our initial conversation, he refused to circle the highest number on the pressure chart and claimed that number 4 was deep tissue. Very quick into the massage, I kindly expressed that I would like firmer pressure - however, the remainder of the time was just having lotion slathered on me. When it came to my spine and behind the knee, she was not careful at all - VERY DANGEROUS. My partner has a similar experience. They did not seem experienced at all. Do not recommend.
This place is amazing. The staff is friendly and very mindful. I recommend the 90 minute combination massage with hot stones- the Chinese herbs foot soak was also great!
