My husky had to have her leg amputated and she received really great care here in 2022. I have a new member of the family and she needed to be spayed. I had a pretty smooth pickup and drop off overall. The staff has been very friendly and communicative. They sent me home with medicine for her. It is better to contact them via text as their phone line is more for informational purposes. I miss their old location because it was so super close to me personally, but their new waiting room is much larger and it feels like they really have the space they needed. I do wish they offered more services, but I did find a mobile grooming service that did a wonderful job. Overall, this is a good place and my pets have received very good care.
This was a very pleasant experience. Ash made my appointment, which I had to change because I had a conflict. There was no hesitation or difficulty. She just helped me reschedule. The prices are reasonable, and I am looking forward to bringing my pet to them for care because of their personal attention.
We've had wonderful experiences coming to this vet. Our very large old dog needed surgery and they took incredible care of him. He's on the tail end of recovery and has had no issues during that time. Our other dog is going in soon for a dental as well. Their prices and good and they are very transparent about the costs
Took my pup there to get spayed a little over a week ago. They were fantastic! Dropped her off at 8:15 am they called me by 9:45 to pick her up by 11. She came out wagging her tail and has done fantastic ever since! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby girl I couldn't thank you enough! Highly recommend!
We dropped our sick dog off that needed an emergency spay. When we entered we were meet with a nasty, dirty judgemental look. If you want to be in a job that helps dogs on their sickest days I would at least expect one to control their facial expressions. I saw a lot of negative comments about the people at the front desk, and clearly something was not done. However, the veterinarians and doctors were nice and respectful.
