Ivan was really helpful when we requested an annual inspection for our furnace. He was able to get us scheduled quickly, arrived on time, was very professional and provided excellent service for a reasonable price. We will use Longview for any needs going forward and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
It was easy to create my appointment using their website. When Ivan arrived at my home to service my Furnace he was polite, communicative, informative and consultative. My furnace is running well. While here, I told him I needed my three sided glass fireplace cleaned and he made an appointment for me on the spot. He returned to clean the unit(Which was very dirty from years of buildup) & did phenomenal job. He wanted to do even better so, he came back the next day, and success! The customer service and work performed is above and beyond by 100%, compared to my interactions with other service companies. I will be using them for all my needs of the services they provide. I needed my garage heater fixed and I looked up reviews and Longview had 5 starts and the most reviews submitted. I read a few of them then decided to submit a request for a call. Soon after I was contacted by Ivan and he was able to fit me in for a service call the next day. After an attempt to fix this 30 +year heater he had to get a part ordered and come back out. After that arrived another item became the problem. Ivan explained my options and I decided to go with a new unit with warranty. Ivan was able to get me a new unit and installed with in 2 weeks from 1st call. The work was done amazing looked good and jobsite was clean before they left. I would recommend him and will use him in the future for any maintenance needs. Keep your business local if you can is my Motto.
Ivan installed a humidifier in our home and did a fantastic job. He responded quickly to our request for a quote, recommended an appropriate unit rather than try to upcharge us, was very professional, and was very thorough. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided.
