Joe and Lakeside Heating & Air are the only people we call for tune ups or when we need help with our heating/air conditioning. They are friendly, knowledgeable, timely and never try to upsell. Several years ago they earned our business via helping us out of a mess another company created. They were honest and thorough. Now, Joe Z has serviced our system several times as well as some of his colleagues. They always answer our questions, are polite and friendly, and do a great job. Many of our extended family and friends are also loyal customers because of the same treatment.
The technician that performed our AC check, Jimmy Frey was outstanding! He was courteous, thorough, very knowledgeable and professional. Jimmy explained everything he was inspecting and answered all my questions. His honesty and desire to do a great job with no sales pitch for unnecessary products or services was refreshing. I highly recommend Jimmy and Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning!
The owner Tony came out and gave me a very thorough estimate. Clearly communicated options and then we agreed on best choice for new Furnace and A/C. I compared "5 of the top rated" companies in the metro area. I got apples/apples estimates using exact same product line, and model number. Lakeside Heating & Air had the overall best final numbers. More importantly, they had clear positive history with warranty work which had excellent reviews in this area. The other big companies had a lot of negative reviews on follow-up warranty work. They are also family owned business with 50 years plus of positive history in local communities. The installation by "Mick/Nick" was spotless and meticulous. They were on-time, excellent communication, walked me through maintenance process, and thermostat programs. Help set-up everything including humidifier options. They were exceptionally clean, laid down drop cloths, and were the best service professionals I have ever experienced. I did my homework! Use this company, you will not regret your decision. I've read about the value of quality installation of any HVAC system. Lakeside surpassed my expectations with the outstanding installation in my home. They quoted 1 1/2 days to install when others are in and out in often less than a full day. Lakesides attention to every detail was impressive. Jimmy Frey has been doing my spring ands fall tune-ups for a few years now. He's been an exemplary service tech. Highly recommend Jimmy for quality, honest service.
Very good service. We've been using Lakeside for years and appreciate office staff and technicians work very much. Appreciated the work Joe Z did at our house and our daughter's house. He comes out twice a year and is always helpful, answers all questions and explains stuff in detail that we can understand. Very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service.
