The HVAC Guy team did a great job on our system installation. They paid great attention to detail and took extra time to make sure everything was done above and beyond our expectations. The team did a great job with communication and let is know what our best options would be for our situation. Rustam with HVAC Guy was on time, fast and efficient in accomplishing a pre-season check of our a/c system. A work of art... Let me first answer the most important questions... Yes, he was great. Showed up on time. Was respectful and courteous with my family. Did a thorough quote and provided pricing that was more than competitive, it was outstanding. He followed up. He showed up. When hired he jumped on the job. Brought his whole family team to get the job done quickly. They worked diligently, for the entire day. He promised to have our water back on within 48 hours. Even when he ran into trouble he asked if he could work late and stayed until the job was done. A work ethic you just don't see often these days. And then, look at the craftsmanship. Wow. Like literally, a work of art. We couldn't be happier or recommend them enough. Yes, if you are on the fence, hire them. You will not regret it.
We have worked with The HVAC Guy for large and small projects (from rooftop unit to garage heater). They are excellent problem solvers, have very reasonable prices, and are punctual, kind, and they clean up after themselves. I will hire them again and again. Great to work with.
HVAC Guy was so great. Found out why our AC unit want working and turns out it was from a previous furnace "fix". Need to go back and remove my positive review from that company. I'll stick with HVAC Guy.
