I was told I wouldn't be charged until the problem was solved. I was sent a bill in the mail, and I still have a problem with my AC. The tech that came said he didn't know what was wrong with it. 0/10 would not recommend. Also, whoever installed my furnace (from this company) left an instruction manual inside it.

Eastside Heating installed a new energy efficient furnace. DJ helped get us setup and scheduled. The crew arrived on the day specified and at the time said. We were completely informed of what would happen and how long it would take. Also installed a digital thermostat. We are pleased. Thank you.

Great quality service! Eastside was quick to get us on their schedule, even with the high demand for these services right now. Raul was timely and easy to work with. Not only did he clean our outside unit and replace our coolant, but he also gave us some advice on how to better maintain our system and how often to call his team for standard maintenance. The pricing was in line with what is expected for these services. As first time homeowners, we are so happy to find a company we can continue to work with!

My home was built in 2013 and Eastside was the company that installed the HVAC system. This is how I became aware of them. I had them come out today for a cleaning. Raul was the service technician and he was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Prior to starting the job, I appreciated him walking me through what the service included, and showing me the parts after they had been cleaned.
Though, I don’t have that much to compare it to, I believe the pricing was reasonable as well
I hope I don’t need them to come out again anytime soon, but if I do, they’ll be the call.

Avoid this contractor! Not responsive, doesn't return phone calls, customer service is non-existent. We had a very simple sub floor fan that needed to be replaced -- Fernando was to call us that day, then it turned into the next day, then after not hearing from him for 8 days, I called yet again, and after waiting 5 minutes on hold, his response was "we can't find a fan". And this guy is the service manager, what a joke.
