I haven’t been into this office since it changed hands of Chiropractors a few years ago and today I was greeted by Dr Mike. I walked in and explained my pain and concerns and he listened carefully. He spent 45 minutes with me explaining what he would be doing as far as how he would be doing his manipulation in adjustments. He meticulously addressed each area; neck, lower back and piriformis. He showed me stretches and advised me on future protocol on how to address triggers of inflammation. He asked questions and was very respectful in his listening and was courteous. On a side note, I am very familiar with the chiropractic practices as I was a C/A for a huge wellness office that had several chiropractors, massage therapist, nutrition and dry needling. Dr. Mikes knowledge, approach and manipulation was great and spot on today as I was in immediate comfort when I left. For the price, professionalism and experience; this place was awesome!
I would suggest just not going in. Instantly got creeper vibes. I went in as a first time customer and heard moaning and groaning. Brushed it off as someone was getting adjusted. Then, no one except a man came from the back and looked flustered. I assume maybe he has some workout equipment in the back? His demeanor was weird and I should have known then that I didn’t like his vibe. He asked me what I was there for, I thought that was obvious, but after telling him I’d like to get adjusted he gave me the new customer paperwork. As I was filling it out, my husband and son came in to wait with me. The man came out from the back again and said to my husband, “who are you and what do you want, don’t touch that.” He belittled in him, talked to him like he was either homeless or a child. Which came off as very aggressive and weird. There were magazines and stuff on the tables in the waiting area. If there was something this man didn’t want a customer to touch, he shouldn’t have it in his waiting area. I am new to the area and get chiropractic care often because I believe in its importance and how much it has improved my life. It is extremely important for your health and wellness. It maximizes your greatest potential. I knew I shouldn’t have attempted to leave the most amazing chiropractic office in Colorado. Mike took the time to listen to my husband and I about our chiropractic needs and he thoroughly went over x-rays and MRI’s we brought in on our own. He gave us his honest input and suggested some easy to do stretches that might also help us manage our muscle skeletal issues. At one of my visits, he adjusted my neck and the headache I had over the entire weekend was gone before I left his office and has not returned. The Monthly membership is a really great deal. Even the pay as you go is a great deal. I have always gone to a Chiropractor for health benefits and I have paid as much as the Monthly membership charged here for just one visit at some Practices. I am new to Castle Rock, CO and I am glad to have found the Chirospot where I can drop in anytime to get adjusted because sometimes you just need a good crack!😉
I have been going to The Chirospot in Castle Rock now since November 2021. I first went there because I had a stiff lower back and my mobility was not good after shoveling tons of snow. After my first visit and getting adjusted, I felt so much better. I decided to continue going to The Chirospot on a weekly basis because I feel maintenance is so important to ones health. Every time I go there, the wait time is very short, and my actual visit is nice as I am listened too and then adjusted. I highly recommend The Chirospot for anyone who is experiencing back issues, and for those who just want to keep themselves aligned so they can live an active life.
The Chirospot has been a fantastic experience for me. I suffer from chronic migraines and also as a 40 something started going back to the gym. So being able to pay 1 price per month to go as many times as needed is a Godsend. Staff is amazing and friendly plus no appt needed. Thanks for everything
