I was in a car accident decades ago and I broke my neck. One day I woke up with bouncing vision and a loss of senses. When I first started coming here, we got professional x rays. I had never actually seen the x rays before. My neck was bent the wrong way, and now it's doing way better. Since I've been coming here, we are strengthening the nerves in my neck, and I have gained a new sense of smell. It's awesome! I highly recommend this chiropractor. You actually get to see a change!
Do not hesitate to seek quality chiropractic care! I am a desk jockey and spend many hours in front of a computer per week and have done so for decades. In the last few months I had increasing stiffness and lack of flexibility in my neck. Posture had been a continuing struggle. I decided to see Dr. Steinle to have it checked out. His team x-rayed my neck and upper torso. I had not been in pain but was shocked to see my upper spine was far from being in alignment. Space between the vertebrae was diminished and there was little curvature left in my cervical spine. Dr Steinle put together a treatment plan and I have seen him and his team now for the last 6 weeks. Their office atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Progress is amazing! Another x-ray a few days ago shows clear improvement in the curve of my spine and more space between the vertebrae. The stiffness has also mostly gone. I've followed instructions carefully and received significant benefit already in just six weeks. I heartily recommend Health and Harmony Chiropractic and Wellness. I have always lived with some sort of back pain, and have always been hesitant to see a chiropractor. However after the birth of my first child, it got so much worse. To the point going on walks would be painful. My father in law finally convinced me to give it a try… I’m big on reviews and saw that Health and Harmony had far more reviews and overall positive than any other location I looked at. I am so happy I finally took the jump and came to see them. I am walking 3+ miles, skiing, carrying my baby without pain. I wish I would have done this sooner.
I am very thankful I found Dr. Steinle and his staff at Health and Harmony. I was suddenly having lower back pain(compressed disc) and really needed to have the issue resolved. I started on a treatment plan in December and started to feel relief almost immediately and have gotten progressively better over the last few months. I am pretty much back to normal.
