Made an 8am appointment for a diagnostic check. After I dropped off the car I was informed it wouldnt be checked until end of day at 6pm... What is the the point of an appointment if its not being looked at until 6 hrs later?

Needed a rattle in the steering system diagnosed. They managed to squeeze me into their schedule within the week. They then had the issue diagnosed (on of the tie rods was failing) and repaired within two days. The online issue tracker with pictures was also really nice to have. They posted a picture and video demonstrating where the rattle and vibration was coming from.
