I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The team took the time to assess my car’s damage, explain what is going on in detail, gave me realistic expectations, and worked with me to find the most practical solution. What stood out the most was their honesty and empathy. Brought my Lincoln in because it was spewing out anti freeze everywhere. Didnt know what was wrong with it brought it in they took me right away. They did have my car for a couple days but that’s because it was a big job water pump timing chain and all the good stuff around that the first time I took it. It was kind of loud. It was making funny noise. I brought it right back in. They fixed it no problem no fuss. Got my car back and it is wonderful now. Sounds great runs great. Very happy. They are busy busy so definitely make an appointment but all around good car place to fix your vehicle will recommend you guys 100% appreciate you guys.
We have used this auto shop for decades. Friendly interactions. Professional, Reasonably priced. We brought our car in for brakes and they said it was still good to go and didn’t charge us anything. Most places would change them anyway. We appreciate their honesty and integrity.
I’ve been bringing my car to All Around Auto Care for over 8 years now and I have never had anything but amazing experiences. They are always incredibly kind and knowledgeable and do a great job explaining my cars needs to me. I have never felt pressured to purchase any product or service that my car didn’t need and always leave feeling like my car has had a thorough check.
Service was nice enough, and very quick turnaround too! But when I went to pick up my car there was NO COOLANT (They replaced a radiator). Thankfully I knew to check the car before leaving, but don't trust just anyone with your car. Also they didn’t reconnect the engine bay light. Nothing crazy but its not a good look, especially since they were REALLY under concerned with the fact they didn’t fill my coolant. I will not be coming back.
