I couldn't be happier with my experience at 20/20! From the initial consultation to the surgery and post-op care, every step of the process was seamless and reassuring. The entire team is professional, warm, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain all my options, answer my questions, and ensure I was comfortable and well-informed at every stage. The clinic itself is welcoming, modern, and puts you at ease. On the day of the procedure, everything was handled with precision and care—I felt completely confident I was in the best hands. While price wasn't the most important factor in my decision on providers, I feel like 20/20 offers the best quality at a very reasonable and competitive price. I was very nervous and concerned to get this done just for the simple fact of it being surgery. I wait over a year until I finally pushed my self to get it scheduled. I did my research and found 2020 institute. I am so thankful I did! I was leaning towards Lasik plus but after hearing a few concerning things, I'm glad I chose 2020 institute! 2020 institute sat on the phone with me for the free consultation for close to an hour. They were not trying to rush me off the phone within 10 minutes like Lasik plus did. They were so very friendly and helped calm my nerves. They were SO upfront about everything! More so than the other companies. They answered every question I had and even when I called two more times after the consultation, they were more than happy to talk with me and answer all questions I had! The surgery day was a breeze! It was painless and way quicker than expected. For a few seconds, there was pressure around the eye being worked on but it wasn't terrible. This now marks a month after getting my Lasik done and I couldn't be happier! I'm 20/15! Better than 20/20! So long glasses! So long night time glares! Truly, I want to thank everyone at 20/20 institute for making my vision better than I thought I'd ever get and for getting rid of my glasses! I highly recommend getting LASIK and I 100 percent recommend 20/20 institute! You will not be disappointed!
These guys are great. The process is smooth, organized, and very clear. Lots of follow up care. I only had the surgery a few days ago, and my vision is better than it ever was with glasses or contacts. Its so worth is to have perfect vision from the time I wake up to when I fall asleep without any hassle.
