I got a new AC and a new furnace from 360 HVAC Heating and Cooling . Mario Garcia helped me with the product, product installation and warranty registration. I highly recommend to use Mario and his affiliates to get it done if you need a new AC, a furnace or repairs for your existing units. Great customer service, attentive, knowledgeable and reliable. Mario is professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process to show me what a problem was with my furnace. His company has 24-hour emergency service. He came to my shop on time. I couldn’t recommend Mario more! He was incredibly communicative, extremely honest, and did great work. He was prompt in scheduling and got the job done (water heater replacement) in less than 3 hours. His price was 5X cheaper than the lowest bid price of a large competitor and he even fixed a hot water issue my shower was having for free when this same competitor wanted $865.
HIGHLY recommend 360 for those who live around the Denver area for ANY HVAC related issue. Had my water heater replaced by them. I went to one of the big name companies (name with the three letters ;)). Mario quoted me more then HALF of what they did (I’m talking THOUSANDS of dollars less) for the same job and even threw in a longer warranty period than they did. 360 is fully insured, licensed and takes care of all permit requirements. They provided excellent service and the heater is working great. Another reason I recommend 360 is also for their excellent customer service. As with most jobs, there were some minor issues after the work was complete (mainly due to my ignorance about these devices). Whenever I reached out to Mario, he called me right away and helped me fix the problem either over the phone or in person at my home WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST and without giving me an attitude for simply reaching out to him. His commitment to professionalism and excellence is commendable. It was nice to work with someone who stood by their work and was readily available to fix any minor issue or teach me how the appliance worked. TLDR - Use 360 HVAC for all your HVAC needs. At the very least, get a quote from them before going any big name route; it may save you several thousands of dollars.
