Highly recommend! Ben and Greenwood Auto had excellent customer service. Ben went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of in a timely manner, especially when faced with pushback from other businesses. He continued to check in with me throughout the whole process. He even stayed late to make sure I could pick up my car on time. I will definitely be back for any repairs in the future. I highly recommend Greenwood Auto.

Over the past few months, I’ve taken 2 cars to Greenwood Automotive Repair, and it’s been a great experience each time. The management is both respectful and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain what needs to be done. The mechanics are skilled and make sure the work is done properly. What sets them apart is how they work with you on both scheduling and pricing. They genuinely try to make sure you’re getting a fair deal and ensure the work gets done quickly. If you’re looking for reliable service with a personal touch, Greenwood Automotive Repair is a solid choice.

Finding a good, honest mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack, but I’m so happy that I found Greenwood Automotive. After the sudden closing of my usual shop, I needed a new place I could rely on. I had a strange sound coming from my gas tank, and when I first brought it in, it seemed fixed, but then it returned. I was worried, but when I called again, Ed made the process so easy! He told me to bring it right back, no questions asked, and promised they would resolve the issue. They did! I appreciated their dedication to figuring it out. What impressed me most was their customer service. I felt like they really listened and truly cared about getting my car fixed right. Highly recommend Greenwood if you're looking for great service and a shop that goes the extra mile!

I was referred to Greenwood Automotive Repair & Tire after recently purchasing a vehicle from Greenwood Automotive. Around the same time, a friend of mine had taken her car to Brakes Plus to have her brakes inspected. In addition to the brake service, they informed her that her ball joints and tie rods were completely worn out—so much so that they claimed her tire could potentially fall off if she hit a pothole. They quoted her $1,700 for the repairs. Concerned about the diagnosis and cost, I suggested we take the car to Greenwood Automotive Repair & Tire for a second opinion. I spoke with Ben over the phone, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating. He let me know we could bring the car in for a complimentary inspection, no questions asked. Once they took a look at the vehicle, it turned out there was nothing wrong with the ball joints or tie rods—contrary to what Brakes Plus had claimed. Greenwood Automotive could have easily confirmed the other shop’s story to secure a sale, but instead, they demonstrated integrity and honesty—qualities that are, unfortunately, rare in the automotive repair industry. Ben’s professionalism and transparency were outstanding, and the entire experience gave me complete confidence in their service. I’ll be bringing my recently purchased Subaru here for all future maintenance and repairs, and I’ll be referring friends and family without hesitation. Greenwood Automotive has earned a customer for life!

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away from Greenwood Automotive in Parker, CO! I rarely leave reviews, but after the nightmare I experienced with Greenwood Automotive, I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my car in because of a check engine light, and I ended up having to return three times within three weeks. Each time, the engine light came back on within three days of supposedly being "fixed." Every visit brought a completely new list of issues that “needed” to be repaired – as if the car was just falling apart overnight. The kicker? The first two visits, they claimed to have diagnosed and fixed the problem. It wasn't until the third visit that they actually ran the diagnostic in front of me – and that’s when the technician lied straight to my face, saying it was the first time the check engine light had come on, despite me bringing it in TWICE already for that exact reason! To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, the owner herself called me – not to resolve the issue or offer a refund or apology – but just to say I could bring the car in a fourth time to be looked at. No accountability. No solution. Just another empty appointment. From the start, it felt like I was in a pushy car sales environment, not a trustworthy repair shop. The whole operation felt like a scam, and I honestly wouldn’t trust them to fix a bicycle at this point. Greenwood Automotive is, without a doubt, the last place I’d ever recommend anyone go for vehicle repair. STAY FAR AWAY. Save yourself the headache, money, and frustration. REPSONESE TO NEW OWNER RESPONSE: Jack, I’ve never spoken with you—I spoke with Ester. After reading your response, I did try calling you, but your voicemail is full. You called this blackmail? I brought my car back three times in a month for the same issue, and was told three different things—none of which fixed it. I simply asked for my car to be properly repaired. If that’s your definition of “blackmail,” then the public absolutely deserves to see how you treat your customers. STAY AWAY. You’ve been warned.
