Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional on our toilet installation. Explained step by step of how the removal and install process was going to happen. Great customer service and work, thank you AE Plumbing! I will definitely be calling them back for any future work that we will be needing.
We had an issue occur in our bathroom project and needed an expert to come in mid-project and re-do the drainage plumbing so it can pass inspection. From the estimate Juan was prompt and answered all our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable that he will address all issues. When it came time to perform the work, it was clear that Juan is excellent at his craft and went above again by talking us through the changes he is making and answering many of the questions we had. We easily passed the inspection! I would highly suggest AE Plumbing to anyone needing any plumbing services.
Juan is the man!!!! I've spent stupid money on other companies in the past, but fortunately now I have AE to help with all my needs. They came out to help flush and diagnose an issue with my 10 year old water heater. In the end, the best option was to replace. Once I decided the estimate was good, he came out the same day to replace! They are fairly priced, honest, and quick. Will 1000% be using them for all future plumbing needs.
Juan was great! He came within 24 hours of my request and fixed our toilet and bathroom sink quickly. We’re going to have him come back out to replace a faucet in our bathroom once we get the pieces. Would highly recommend him.
Very happy with AE Plumbing!! Juan was very responsive and helpful with diagnosing the problem, scheduling an appointment, communication etc. Carlos came to repair a pressure valve and was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Will definitely be using them in the future.
