I left a review about four days ago, and I just had to come back because I definitely have something else to say. After leaving my first review the owner reached out to me, which I thought was very good because you don’t get many business owners that actually reach out regarding their reviews. Alex was very understanding, very kind, very apologetic and went above and beyond to make things right with my experience long story short I ended up agreeing for him to repair my car because I admired the way he did business and how he personally reached out to his customers with that being said I got my car towed up there, and while the tow truck driver was blowing my car down, Alex went outside and saw that he was towing my car improperly, and he actually took pictures for me because they were damaging my bumper right in front of his eyes. I applaud Alex for his integrity, his honesty and his understanding and willing to help the members of his community. This is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with in my 46 years of life and I will always make sure I take my car to Alex and I will always make sure I recommend Friends and family to him. He is a fabulous example of what a small business owner should do and how they should run their business. If it wasn’t for Alex the tow truck company would of got away with what they did to my bumper.
Been bringing my car to Alex autos for a few new years now. Always been great to work with and very reasonable prices. Brought a car in for a PPI, Alex found signs of multiple unreported accidents, saving me thousands!!! Highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who needs one
I was looking for a auto repair to fix the issue I wasn't having with any service engine but light that was coming up. I came on Alex auto repair on the internet and after the diagnostic they worked on my car. When you left the light was gone and all was good, 10 minutes later the service engine soon light came back on I called the shop pretty upset. Mr Alex called had me come back in he look at the issue himself was very concerned about how it was feeling he fixed the issue wasn't concerned about making money but concerned about my happy and understanding. You don't find a lot of business out here that has integrity ALEX AUTO REPAIR has my business ....I found my auto repair shop !!!! Anyone looking for a auto shop Alex auto shop is the place!!!!!
3000 miles from home on a road trip the engine in my Subaru burned out up in the rockies. I got a 50 mile tow into Denver and went to Alex's shop which was the only one open on a Saturday. These guys were no nonsense, they got the engine swap done in a single day once the new parts came it. Honest, efficient workers and I could not recommend them enough. If you car breaks down in Denver give Alex a call!
My car was overheating, and I brought it in smoking. Alex had me leave it. They worked on it. He gave my worst case scenario. Thankfully, it was a busted hose quick fix, and I was on my way. I don't know what other shops would've done. Thank you Alex.
