Our experience with Applewood was great! Booked online with ease, same day appointments were available but I booked for the next day. Great communication when confirming the appt & with updates on the technicians arrival time. Robert was great! Friendly, courteous, clean and considerate of our property. The work was completed quickly and he explained everything and answered all our questions. Overall, excellent customer service and communication throughout! I would highly recommend this company!
Jonathan did a great job. He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. I will gladly spread the word about Applewood. They showed up within a couple of hours of our phone call. We were already contracted with a company and the earliest they would be able to get someone out to us would be this evening. Our power had been out since 4 pm yesterday.
