Dr. Todd and the team at Arvada Vet Hospital really excel at compassionate care. The team is efficient at getting us checked in and roomed. They are friendly and helpful while taking vitals, etc. I love that they present an estimate for a visit before you move forward with anything, even if the visit is just for a wellness check and vaccines. Dr. Todd is one of my favorite vets I've ever worked with. He is not shy about getting down on the ground and moving slowly to work with my shy dog. I appreciate the time he takes to talk through our reason for visit. His patience and kindness really shows in how he interacts with his four-legged and two-legged clients. He tells it like it is and is happy to work through options to make sure you're comfortable with the care plan without being pushy or condescending. This office takes Care Credit and has a great parking lot and lobby situation that makes vet trips a breeze.
AMAZING care for my golden retriever! Dr. Todd was so sweet and nice. No extra charges and put us at ease. The front desk was so sweet and caring. Clean facility and I'd recommend any furry friends there.
They never let me down. I had to take my cat so he could go to the Rainbow Bridge. I asked that they do one more test on him to make sure I was right, they did and I was right. He was very sick. They helped me to guide him to the rainbow bridge and it was heartbreaking for me. But I left knowing my kitty was in good hands. Then a couple of days later I had to take my other kitty for problems with his mouth. They tried to get some tests done but kitty was not cooperating so I have to bring him back. They gave him some meds to help him get through the next couple of days. I feel confident taking him back for the rest of his treatment. I really like this vet clinic. The techs are great and nice and compassionate with me crying about my kitty. I don't think I'll go to another clinic. Thanks Dr. Smith.
