This is the second time I’ve taken my suv to Aspen Auto Clinic and I’m beyond happy with the work quality and ethic. Juan and his team are absolute professionals in what they do and passionate about cars and making sure they are perfect. I’m blown away by their service, communication, and transparency. I treat my cars very well and when I take them to Aspen they get treated even better. Super happy with my car and the service here.
Great experience here for it being my first time at Aspen Auto Clinic! Highly recommended if your looking for quality work! Dropped off my 2014 Mercedes E63s to take a look at a weird noise it was making, Juan assured me that my car would be in good hands and man was he right! I just picked my car up this evening and it is running even better then when I bought it! Juan showed excellent customer service and kept in contact with me the whole time with updates to my vehicle! I will not take my car anywhere else! Thank you to Juan and Aspen Auto Clinic for everything you have done!
Brought my Honda Civic in for some work and let me tell you, the customer service and the level of professionalism was unmatched. Juan, his service team and even the receptionist were very accommodating and extremely respectful. Bringing your car into a shop can be a stressful thing but they made the entire process easy, communicated every step of the way and ensured I got done what I wanted done. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs some service. Great team, great work and even better pricing.
Spent over $4k of work - including CV axle. 5 months later either axle wasn’t replaced or failed. Called in because I was getting other work done at a different shop. Asked or said something about having other shop replace it and I’ll just bring the bad axle in. Was told ok (never mentioned anything to the contrary just said ok). Came In today and basically told to eff off. Didn’t even review the recording of the phone call I had with them, instead made an off hand rude comment that I just admitted it was not their problem by saying something (not even sure what) and they were recording me. Will never be back
Get a mailer advertising their oil change special.... So I'm assuming they have the capacity to knock out oil changes. I schedule an appointment ahead at 1pm. Drive all the way there and to be fair they tell me it could take up to an hour and a half but I'm already there so screw it... 2 hours later... Still not ready. Been driving 25 years and whether it's a dealership or a grease monkey or a mom & pop I've never had to wait an hour for an oil change let alone 2 hours. I had a meeting I was getting very close to missing and once I expressed that they were able to quickly get me my car and apparently they were waiting on a cabin air filter so if I didn't say anything I would have been there almost another 30 minutes. I'd just reccomend you don't come here for oil changes even if you get mailed the deal because it will cost you quite a bit of time vs your dealership or grease monkey location. Just was a frustrating experience and I'll reiterate they told me it could take 90 minutes but damn lol
