Recently had my first visit here for X-rays and a cleaning. The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of this place is top notch! Shahlo, the hygienist, was an expert. She carefully explained every single step of the cleaning, and made sure I was not in pain. I left feeling better than ever, and more knowledgeable! Jamie stood out to me tremendously. She accommodated my busy schedule, and made everything so easy! Her customer service was excellent. Will certainly be back!
I started seeing your office at the Cornerstar location and have continued to be thoroughly pleased with my experiences at Aurora Dentistry, which I've been seeing for several years. In particular, Dentist Izzy Fayerman is very talented, kind and patient. During my recent crown experience, I was provided with an appointment the very day I called, and the receptionist listened to my concerns and even told me they would be able to offer surgery on that Thursday, if I needed. Luckily, Dentist Fayerman was able to crown it! Again, I am impressed with the positivity of the staff and their excellent customer service. Thank you!
I’ve always had a positive experience at Aurora Dentistry, but I am especially thankful today because they were able to arrange for my son to be seen by one of their pediatric specialists in the area same day and still get me in for my routine appointment. I recently had my first patient experience here after utilizing a related dental office since 2013. This office is closer to where we moved a couple years ago. Anyway, everything went smoothly. My hygienist was very skilled and seldom caused pain, which is of course welcome. And the dentist is personable and straightforward. So far, I am quite pleased with my switch!
The staff at Aurora Dentistry was kind and helpful from the first call I made. They were able to get me in fast for a dental emergency, took their time with me and treated me as if I was their family member. Jamie makes me feel comfortable everytime I walk through the door (she even remembers me when I call). Dr Fayerman has been fantastic to accommodate my dental needs and I feel is very honest about the dental work needed as well as pricing! I feel lucky to have found this office of skilled professionals!!
