I came in about a month ago to establish care with Dr. Monica and then came back yesterday for a filling and inlay and cannot say enough good things! Dr. Monica was incredibly patient, kind and did a fantastic job! She was thorough and walked me through every step of the process to make me feel comfortable and at ease. She made my experience both times I've been here so easy and productive. The other staff was also friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be coming back!
I really like this practice! Everyone I've interacted with over five appointments has been very friendly. They explain all the processes to me so I feel informed, and even break down pricing for me before we go forward with anything. Kasandra especially always makes sure I feel comfortable and confident in what she's doing. I'm definitely happy here.
I’ve been coming to modern dentistry for the past few years and the staff & every doctor I’ve seen has always been wonderful to work with. A few months ago, I had the worst tooth ache I’ve ever experienced and the staff was able to get me in right away with Dr. Monica the next day. She not only helped my situation, but also noticed another issue that was developing rapidly and needed to be addressed asap. She was so thorough in her findings, explanations, and all services performed! Her tech Hozan was also a joy to work with - and both of them really made me feel comfortable, since I’ve always had so much anxiety about going to the dentist. I was impressed by Dr. Monica’s professionalism, as well as her bedside manner and kindness towards me, and even towards the staff. She is the kind of dentist people wish for when they go to the dentist, and I’m so grateful I was able to find a place that has such amazing staff & docs! Highly recommend!! 👍👍
I was a transfer from another practice and then a referral from the VA. I love Alexis, Dr Leong is great & now Dr Zaid is the man!! As a vet you HAVE to advocate for yourself, but Alexis is very proactive and helpful, with the VA authorizations. I was very happy I was able to go from a regular pt to a VA pt and keep my same dentist AND hygienist!!
I scheduled an appointment for a complete exam and cleaning, and my entire experience went very smoothly. Front desk was very nice and process was efficient. Dental assistant taking x-rays was also nice and they made the x-rays process as comfortable as possible. I have no insurance and pay out of pocket, but was offered a membership with the company, which helped to get discounts on the exam/cleaning and any necessary treatment, which was pretty nice. I was seen by Dr. Monica Hochberg and can say she is a truly fantastic doctor and human; exam was very thorough, she took the time to explain everything in ways that were easy to understand and used radiographs along with explanations, which made it easy to follow. I never felt like I was forced/upsell on any treatment and felt recommendations were genuine. Tbh one of the best cleanings I've had and plan to keep seeing Dr. Hochberg for all my dental necessities. Super recommended:)
