Starting up the sprinklers for the season. Found a burst copper pipe near my antisiphon valve. Called Balkan Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they had a plumber at my door within the hour! The plumber assessed the repair, gave me the estimate and set right to work. The repair was beautiful and he even installed pipe insulation to hopefully help next winter. We used Balkan Plumbing to replace our hot water heater. They were professional and polite throughout the process. Came home the same day to provide estimates, which was reasonable and lesser than other quotes we received. Also, they were able to come in and do the replacement the next day morning. They knew exactly what they were doing, and completed the work in around 90 minutes to perfection.
