Returned VM for service request within a couple hours and was on the schedule for next day water line leak. Service rep Disraeli called 1.5 hour before apt to infrom he was running early, confirmed exact time for service and was on time. We reviewed all areas of concern and quoted on the spot. Little pricey but was able to choose what was important. Service was fast and clean. After inspection we actually noticed another small leak at a joint and was informed that Thornton water and its minerals are corrosive and eat away at the copper from the inside. Very informative about this specific area in home had the pipes too close together and expansion and contraction over the years next to each other probably didn't help, so he fix the leaks and also separated the pipes more Took half off the second section price had all the parts, very quiet, friendly respectful of the home. Just all around, good job. Thanks guys!

Jason came to our home around 2AM in the middle of a bad rain storm due to my sump pump failing and getting water in our basement. I was in panic mode, but Jason was calm and assured me he would get the water stopped. He installed a new heavy duty sump pump (replacing a plastic one another company installed) and stayed until the water receded. He explained everything, was so efficient, professional, and cleaned everything up. He saved our downstairs area!!! This was 2 years ago. Recently, had more rain and I didn't hear pump kicking on when I was downstairs. Called Jason, he came right out and checked everything. Everything was all good, the water level in the pit was not high enough to kick the pump on. Felt 100% better, and gave me peace of mind. Don't think another company would have come out just to give me peace of mind. Jason and Big Apple Plumbing are the absolute BEST! TEN stars to them and highly recemmend.
