Savannah hacked half of my hair off and I am so unbelievably devastated. I came in with hair past my elbows and it is almost to my shoulders now. I came back in to discuss my hair cause this is not ok at all and she offered me half of a refund and kept her tip. So I got $30 back out of my $72 spent for her to chop of 50% of my hair. While we were discussing my hair she kept telling me that this was what we discussed and told me that she warned me prior to cutting which is not true. We discussed a 1.5 inch trim and layers, she cut at least 4-5 inches off all of my hair and showed very little sympathy when I returned. She also asked for before pictures of my hair as if she didn’t believe me when I said she cut off more than we discussed and had the nerve to tell me she “can’t put it back on so I’m not sure what you want me to do”?! How someone can mess up this terribly and not care at all is beyond me. I’ve come to this salon multiple times before but with a different stylist. I’m extremely upset and heart broken at my hair and the fact that it will take me years to get back the length that I lost. I suggest Savanah invests in a measuring tape. I will not be returning. Edit: It has been about a month and a half, still mad. Still want my hair back.
I recently was able to enjoy the Spa's amazing Valentine Day Special $180 for a Facial & Massage Combo and it was absolutely amazing. Tanya did my massage and it was pure bliss. By far, one of the best massages I have every received. Then I received a facial from Ally, and again just wonderful and relaxing. I had such a great experience and cannot wait to go back. Thank you for giving me such great treatment. The Spa staff was incredibly friendly and the spa atmosphere was pure happiness all around.
My hair has been down to my low back for 20+ years and I woke up one day and just decided to make a big change. It had been years since I had a hair cut. I looked up some styles and called Capelli. Turns out, I was able to get in the following day with Kat. Let me tell you, Kat was amazing! She listened, looked at my inspiration pics and discussed with me her thoughts on it, clarifying and making sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I had some questions along the way, she handled them with grace and professionalism. All I can say is WOW! I am so impressed with the results! Thank you, Kat for helping me feel fun and playful again!
I have been going to Erika for about 10 years now. I came in originally with half my head dyed blonde (it's what I wanted) and it was devastatingly bronze not blonde. She fixed it easily and reassured me that this was something we could do and upkeep continually with no brassy or bronze. Ever since then she's seen my hair long,short, partially blonde, a redhead, anything I throw at this woman she knows what she's doing. She talks me through everything I'm thinking of doing and answers all of my questions with ease. She knows exactly what she's doing and I hope I never have to go through the process of finding another hairstylist because there are few who have the knowledge and expertise that Erika has. So happy to have her.
I didn't even make an appointment because upon calling to set up a time, I was asked if I color my hair (I was interested in a body wave/perm). When I answered that I use Madison Reed haircolor at home, the response was unprofessional and honestly, rude. The tone of the receptionist changed, and her answer was all I needed to know about how they think of themselves. I was told that because "box dye" is essentially "carpet cleaner dye" that I would need to be evaluated to see if my hair could take the chemicals from the perm. I have been using Madison Reed for years, and there are plenty of salon reviews of their ingredients available. However, this completely unimpressed the receptionist who was eager to let me know how subpar that option is. I understand the need to consult, however, the rude response to my answer just because I don't get my hair colored at a salon tells me all I need to know. I will not be giving them my business, and take my "very harsh," at home color with me.
