Shoutout to the awesome Carbon Valley TEAM! For the past 15 years, I have managed a remote team of people that specialize in providing top-notch customer service. Because of this, I know what it takes to really impress a customer by going above and beyond- and Carbon Valley has done this at every step. I would 1000% recommend Carbon Valley to friends and family. Starting with Dale, and his patience in answering a million questions (often after hours!) without making us feel dumb, through the install and communication with excellent technicians Gavin and Osley, and finally with Haley- who is a detail oriented rock-star, professional, friendly, and extremely quick to address any questions or concerns. This process (which could have been very painful) has been exceptionally smooth and we felt supported and heard throughout! We look forward to having a much more comfortable home with our new Bryant system! Thanks again to everyone!
I didn't end up going with Carbon Valley for my project due to supply chain issues on their end, but I really appreciated Dale's experience trying to get me a quote. He was very thorough in his evaluation and fair when it came to reviewing my options with no pressure to wait. I would recommend them for an estimate, and I will probably keep them in my book if I need a service in the future.
Carbon Valley is so good at communicating through email and respond really quickly to website requests for scheduling. Joshua was very professional, called and texted when he was on the way. He diagnosed the issue with my AC quickly and then continued with my spring checkup. I have been using Carbon Valley for quite a few years now and highly recommend them!
