I'm not happy!
However, The people working there were nice.
I took my car in for a new switch in the door to open the trunk of my car. And since it was there, they could look at a button for my heated seat driver side, the light was burned out. I signed an estimate I thought was for repairs. But turns out it was a diagnostic charge. They had the car all day. I came to pick it up, they had done some courtesy inspection that came with recommendations for other things. But charged me $221.35 for absolutely nothing. When we came into the shop in the morning, we said the remote opens the trunk. It's the door switch that is not working. I guess the $221.35 was to figure that out. And the rest of what they did, I didn't ask them to do. I picked up my car and No repairs to the switch were done. So I still have a switch that doesn't work and nothing done with the heated seat light. They want another $387.54 to diagnose that. And that doesn't fix the light. And another $250.99 to replace the trunk switch. This is what I wanted done. My husband brought his car into them the day before, and they actually did what he had asked. It worked out great. Why would I think they were only diagnosing my car and not actually fixing?

Very professional and the customer service is phenomenal. Austin is the best! Besides how much hourly labor costs ($189.00 per hour), I am thoroughly happy with my decision to take my vehicle to Carworks, and I will be a return customer . $200.00 in parts and $1400.00 in labor is ridiculous, but it seems to be the norm with car repairs. My whole experience with Carworks was great! Top notch company with fabulous customer service!

I just had 2 pre-purchase inspections done here and I can't begin to convey how impressed I am with both Austins professionalism, and the quality of work done. They addressed all my concerns, completed the work in a timely manner, and in the end saved me $1000's of dollars worth of repairs. All for a VERY fair price. I couldn't be happier with Carworks, and it's employees.

My wife's 2003 Toyota Camry was due for a 180k service. I haven't been to the agent since the car was out of warranty because I was never comfortable with their service and costs. I've been to a few other garages and been disappointed. The car also had a bumping sound from the rear that other garages could not identify.
I saw good reviews about Carworks of Longmont and thought I'd try them. They provided me with a detailed report on all that was wrong with the car (and it was a lot), including pricing. Austin in the front office was great to work with. I gave them the go ahead and picked up the car the following day (there were numerous parts they had to get).
My wife feels like she finally has a new car again (no noise!).
As a result of this excellent service, I then took my 2013 Toyota Prius C 4 in for its 80k service. Again I had them same excellent service including a few things to look out for.
I've been taking our cars to Grease Monkey for years because of the convenience and I though cost. Carworks was convenient. I made an appointment and went for an hour's walk around the area. It turned out cheaper, AND I had real mechanics working on the car.
We'll be staying with Carworks in future. A great place for car service and repair. EJ, the big friendly chocolate lab in the front office, adds a lot of value too!

Professional all around! Quick to diagnose and give accurate estimates. Very satisfied as a customer and would recommend for any and all auto issues.
Update: Had to take the car back. Ended up being a hassle for the guys but they didn't seem phased. A process that would of took many days... even weeks for a dealership they were able to do in just 4 days. On top of keeping me updated daily they really went above and beyond with customer service. Beyond happy with my decision to take my car to Carworks in Longmont!
