I would recommend Chris and his crew to anyone. Chris came out and told us our issue and gave me a quote for a complete system replacement. His quote was reasonable and he and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would the day of the install. They worked efficiently and communicated well throughout the install. Our equipment is working just as he said it would. We are happy with the service and will use them again in the future.
Had a great experience with Chris coming out to check our humidifier! We called in the morning with a last-minute request for him to come check our HVAC system and he was at our house within a few hours. He quickly checked our humidifier out and explained what was happening. No fixes needed but he did replace our air filter while he was here, just because it needed to be done! Derrick was the repair person that came out to our home. I called in Saturday afternoon and the gal scheduling/dispatching, told me I would get a call late afternoon or the next morning. He called the next morning and said he was 30 min. out and he arrived on time. He was very efficient and obviously really knows his stuff. Our home was at 52 degrees this morning. Derrick was here just about an hour and our heat was up to 65 degree by the time he left. He warned me about potential future problems, offered solutions, and gave me some great advise on a new thermostat that would help with our home heting more evenl, in our 3 level home. Price was very reasonable and I couldn't be any more happy with service provided! I highly recommend this company!!

Chris was incredible: he answered my call himself (so nice to talk to a real person) and got out to my house quickly. I so appreciate his honest assessment and help fixing our air conditioner, instead of trying to upsell us something we didn’t need. He was friendly, efficient, and showed up when he said he would.
