Very good first experience! I had Dr. Brian and he was so kind, honest and real! There are times when you wonder if you really need dental work and worry your dentist may be exaggerating for more procedures.. I did NOT get that vibe AT ALL from him. In fact, he ordered minimal x-rays new patients only absolutely need after I told him how strong my gag reflex is. Very considerate of that as well as my wallet. I look forward to my children’s appointment this weekend because already I felt that I was in very good, down-to-earth hands. Thank you Dr. Brian!! 😊

I had an appointment for 3pm. Arrived more than 5 minutes early. I was told to wait for an available room.
Someone else came in after 3pm and was taken back at 3:15pm, even though I had been waiting longer.
When making the appointment I specified that I was going to push back a shift at work for this appointment. They assured me the cleaning would only take 30-45 minutes and I’d be on time to work.
Well after waiting 25 minutes, I left at 3:20 as that was more than half of the planned appointment time. I couldn’t even tell them I was leaving as they don’t have someone occupying the front desk.
I will not be back and do not recommend.

The doctors are great and their assistants too, but it would be nice if someone in the reception spoke Spanish. There are many bilingual people in the US, why make it complicated? I'm thinking of going to another dentist just because the receptionist didn't even let me make an appointment, and she tries hard to find a way to communicate. I speak Spanish, not Indian, Chinese, or Arabic. You just have to make a little effort and with the phone number it will be resolved. I think the receptionist who charges only does the minimum to earn her money and doesn't love what she does.

Dr. Brian Hirshbruner has a remarkable chair side manner. He is fast friendly does a good job. His employees are are the same. I won't go anywhere else. This Comfort Dental lives up to its name in quality professionalism cleanliness and price! He deserves 6 stars go see them! I hardly feel a thing when I get my teeth cleaned!
