I'm not sure what happened or why, but this place is an absolute mess. It's unreal how fast it went downhill. It went from a wonderful, warm office and staff to a miserable vibe with unfriendly, inept front office and hygienists to apparently no staff now.
The final straw involved paying $200 OOP for a device to figure out my daughter's jaw issue. We made sure to do this over summer when she wouldn't be in school as she had to wear it everyday and it caused some speech issues. We were told they would call and schedule follow up. Never received a call. Finally called them weeks later and in the conversation with the front office guy, I was told that they had no clue what device my daughter had because it wasn't documented, they didn't know what the follow up entailed because it wasn't documented and I would have to take her to a completely different office in a different city for follow up because they have no staff--doctors or hygienists. When I call the other office, I'm told my daughter will have to wear the device for another two weeks and then do follow up. Well she can't wear it again for two weeks because she's in school and she can't talk correctly with it in. An absolute waste of money.
We aren't going back.

HOT MESS. Ever changing staff and inconsistent. Recently texted me my appointment was cancelled due to 'no staff' but didn't even include who it was from so I had to call... and that was on top of another hot mess letter from months prior that was equally confusing. When I've pointed these issues out, they've been entirely indifferent. Now I need to come in to sign a piece of paper to have my records electronically sent elsewhere. Ridiculous. It's 2024 and there are so many electronic solutions. I'm so glad to be leaving this office.

Haven't ever reviewed a business before but I've also never been as displeased as this. Had an appointment scheduled 3 months in advance, responded to every notification and verification, and yet still the day before I go in (after receiving another appointment reminder) I'm informed they don't have a hygienist and don't know when they'll get another one. Their story has conflicting sides of not having enough staff while "trying to get everyone in at once". Highly unprofessional and ultimately inadequate. I encourage any remaining staff to see the writing on the wall and jump ship, any potential staff to rescind their application, and anybody reading this for information about Creekside Dental to seek treatment elsewhere.

Cancelled my appointment three times with no notice due to “not having a doctor or hygienist in office”. This is something they should know far in advance, not a day before your appointment. I get things come up, but it’s been months of rescheduling now due to their lack of staffing. My family has cancelled all future appointments and we will go elsewhere.

Well folks, Creekside Dental is no longer affiliated with Dr. Cary LaCouture and all of the love and happiness of his employees. It’s obvious the moment you walk into a completely stark office. The hygienist is on edge and not even close to being friendly. When I mentioned that I wanted my most recent x-rays sent over from Burning Tree she said it wasn’t possible. Not wanting to get anymore radiation than really needed (it’s residual!) I declined the X-rays instead just wanting a cleaning. No can do! She became angry with me and told me that in no uncertain terms that I needed an x-ray in order to get a cleaning and exam. Apparently I was supposed to have been told this when I made my appt. Was never told this. HORRIBLE experience overall! Don’t come here. There are plenty of other dental offices in Parker!
