Horrible and unfriendly staff. I called to schedule an appt two days before coming in and was confirmed. I walked in the salon and wasn’t greeted. I was ignored in the waiting area and they even took other clients they knew before me. It was as if I didn’t exist. I walked up to the counter after waiting 45 minutes and the woman looked at me and turned around. I don’t know how any humans that run a business can act so unfriendly and rude. Wouldn’t recommend to any new clients. For existing clients, I’d reflect on how rude staff is to others (even if not to you). It’s catty and pathetic.
