Great experience with Denver 247 Limo! We were able to book transportation for my daughter’s 16th birthday party. Everything went smoothly, our driver Roman was prompt and friendly. Office staff was very responsive and we were able to get booked for everything quickly, and so nice to have tip included in the cost. The party bus was beautiful and very clean! Will definitely use them in the future! Thanks!
If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude. Blamed me for everything and uncharged us $800. Would not recommend for prom or any other event. Edit: Never one was I called. For reference, I work in health care and I am fully aware that is not an excuse. Also, whichever agent I spoke to hung up on me while I was still speaking. Additionally, I never once called the company or agent stupid, I mentioned that the way I was spoken to was unprofessional. The way that I have seen responses to reviews is so baffling to me for a company responsible for people’s safety.
Zaur was an awesome chauffeur. We had a blast at our co-ed bachelor/bachelorette night out. He made sure we were picked up at each stop immediately and made sure we were all having a great time. Highly recommend them!
Karim was an excellent driver for our ride into Beaver Creek from Denver. The roads were slow and icy, but he got us there safely. He is very professional and kind and even made a couple stops for us along the way. Water bottles in the vehicle were an added bonus! Highly recommend!
