Fantastic place, clean, professional, well kept, and all the tools you could need to work on your vehicle. The owners have always been very accommodating and they run a great shop for DIYers out there to save a buck on your vehicle work. There are on-duty mechanics as well, if you need an "assist" repair you have to schedule in advance, but for quick questions or reassurances they never fail to provide that little extra encouragement which makes this shop so great! Please keep up the excellent service and advice to your customers. You have created a repeat customer for life and one that will spread by word of mouth to others looking for the same! Thank you!
If you need them to help you or you want them to complete the whole job, it's best to call ahead and schedule time to accommodate (found out the fun way). I appreciate that they are all very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and can order all your parts; saving time and money. Would recommend them to anyone! THEY HAVE BRAND NEW TOOLS AND BOXES! Love that everything is clean and orderly.
Awesome place if you want to work on your car! No more crawling around on the floor, freezing in the winter, sweating in the summer, trying to get up off of a crawler...you know what I'm talking about! Charles and crew are very helpful and want you to succeed with your repair. Just needed my wheels balanced and then mounting them without bending over was a great relief! Am recommending them to everyone I know!
If you are familiar with the auto hobby shops on military bases, you'll love this place. For everyone else, you'll love this place! Kelly runs a great shop where you can book your appointment online and plan ahead to make it efficient and cost-effective. They also have arrangements with local suppliers to get the parts you need at a great price. Each lift bay has the tools you'll need for most jobs and they provide special tools, advice and assistance whenever necessary. My sons and I have been there several times and we will definitely return. If you want to save yourself a lot of money and either learn or pass on some self-reliant skills, this is the place to go!
This is every DIYers dream. I’ve been here twice to put a lift on my GX470, and replace my steering rack boots. They have every tool you’d ever need, and all the knowledge you’d ever ask for. I recommend this place to anyone who’s willing to learn and has the will to YouTube what they need to do. Charles and Mars are extremely helpful, and are readily available.
