I just had a top-notch experience with Anthony Zarate. I had requested Done! come out to take a look at my hot water heater and provide an estimate for replacement. Anthony was very knowledgeable and provided me three options for replacing the hot water heater. He also wore foot booties when walking on my brand new carpet. So polite and considerate. In addition, he waived the trip charge! Done! definitely has my business. Contrast this with the experience I had with a different pluming company yesterday; the gentleman did not wear booties, left a mess all over my floor, and gave me one very expensive option for replacing the hot water heater, along with charging me for a very minimal inspection. Thanks Anthony for providing a great example of how business should be conducted!
All of their associates were so professional and kind. We had a plumbing issue that required immediate attention. They came and spent a great amount of time assessing the issues and damages and took the time to explain in detail. Again, they were beyond professional and quick when it came to setting a temporary fix and were beyond efficient when repairs were done a few days later. Great experience! Our water main burst during the winter and they were able to come out within an hour of me calling them. I would say they were really greatly priced. The plumber who fixed the issue taught me a lot of stuff and was really helpful and kind. I am not native to Colorado and had no idea about what I needed to do during the winter to prevent this from happening and this person went above and beyond to help me and inform me. 10000000% recommend this company. I will be using them whenever I have any issues with plumbing. Thank you so much for your swift help.
This company & it's techs are always very helpful and professional. My technician today, Eric R., was especially great. He did a very thorough inspection & found a small gas leak from a faulty part that others had missed previously. There was no typical rotten egg smell so I wasn't considering a gas leak at all, but I'm very appreciative that he took the time to hunt down the problem & make it safe.
Done plumbing were the only ones that would come out that night after the expansion tank on our water heater cracked. Daniel Hopkins responded within an hour and a half after I made the initial call. Daniel was prompt,professional and took care of our problem quickly.
