I first met Elias several years ago when I was looking to install a mini-split system in my 1940s house, which had no heating, cooling, or insulation (I would have gotten the system installed sooner, but it took some time to save). After speaking with several companies, Elias provided the best value. He gave me the quote, sourced the equipment, completed the installation, and was my main point of contact throughout the process. I really appreciate that personal touch—something you don't often get with larger companies that focus on volume. For the system, I chose a four-head, single outdoor unit Senville mini-split. The installation took place in November 2024 and was completed over three days. Since then, the system has worked flawlessly, even during the very cold weeks (down to the teens in Fahrenheit). This has been my only heat source, and it kept the entire house incredibly comfortable. If I had to, I would absolutely do it all over again. A big thank you to Elias and his team for their exceptional service!
