I brought my vehicle to Englewood Auto repair for an issue with my windshield wipers. While they did eventually fix the problem, I have concerns about their pricing and communication. I was charged an initial fee for the diagnosis, but they didn’t find the problem on the first attempt. Instead of resolving it then, they charged me again for additional inspection. At that point, I felt compelled to continue since I had already paid the initial fee. The total cost ended up being excessively high, since then I’ve been told by others thousands of dollars was too much. I expected better service and transparency from this shop. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Englewood Auto Repair & Body Shop. They've done a fantastic job each time one of my siblings or I have brought in our vehicle for repair work. Chris has a great team of hard-working and honest folks in the shop. Pricing is fair, the work has always been completed in a timely manner, and they'll give you a call to keep you up to date on the work in progress. I won't ever bring my car to a different shop as long as I'm in the area.

Chris was great. He was able to schedule me for a repair within a few weeks, which is hardly a long wait time considering most auto body shops are booked solid through the summer. He was great about communicating the timeline of the repair, and finished the work on the time he said it would be done. I'd absolutely recommend using them if you're in need of a repair

I came in for an oil change and investigation of knocking noise under my hood. The receptionists Amanda and Scott was incredible and very helpful and the mechanics were awesome. The owner, better, (same owner of better cars located next door to the mechanic shop) once again was extremely patient and understandable. Reliable work, fast and friendly and great prices. I would recommend this mechanic shop to anyone needing repairs.

This shop is awesome! Their price was 1/3 what other shops quoted. My car looks exactly like it did before the wreck. They even replaced my floor mats for free! I recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances. I will 100% bring my car here if it gets damaged again. Thank you Englewood Auto Repair & Body! You are a gem.
