This spa truly is a hidden gem. I came here today for the first time and had such a wonderful experience. The music is relaxing, the team is kind and welcoming, the owner truly goes above and beyond to accommodate each guest. Sadaco was my specialist. She is extremely talented. I will definitely recommend Ethereal Day Spa to everyone I know!
I can't say enough positive things about Ethereal Day Spa! I had an amazing massage with Karin yesterday and she completed fixed my back pain. I have been going to Ethereal for many years and every time I go I feel like a new person. This spa and Karin are must trys, would definitely recommend!
The spa is very clean, and the staff is very inviting. I’ve only had nail service with this spa twice now. The nail techs were very polite and friendly. However, this is the second time I felt unsatisfied with the completion of my nails. The first time the gel polished lifted after a couple days. I originally wanted dip this time since the gel obviously was a waste of money. After the booking staff spoke with the nail tech, I was encourage to try their special gel polish which is suppose to last longer. The fee for the special gel was waived due to the previous situation. The issue I have with my nail service today is that my nails does not look like I got a fresh manicure today. I strongly dislike them and I did let the nail tech know. She added clear gel to smooth out the bumps (which did not work) and tried to put a third, or so, coat of polish on but I stopped her. It’s already thick, patchy, and bumpy more polish would have made it worse. My full nail is not even covered 😩 there is no way it should look like I need my nails retouched and I just got them done 2 hrs ago 😭 the nail tech was asking me throughout the service was everything fine and I told her the concerns I had. She did try very hard to fix them but couldn’t. I really wanted to like this spa which is why I gave them a second try. I will not be going back for nail service because this is the second time my nails did not come out right and left feeling like I’ve wasted money. I have provided pictures for better context.
I recently did the ethereal escape spa package which includes the Luxury Russian Banya (includes body mask), Extended Youth Facial, Shellac Manicure, and Shellac Pedicure. Arriving at the spa- if your appointment is at prime gym time, arrive early as the parking lot can be a bit chaotic. If you book any spa treatments, you have access to the club’s sauna and whirlpool. Bring appropriate clothes if you’re interested. Once at the spa- the staff were all incredible. Very welcoming and hospitable. If you’re having multiple services, I would recommend bringing your own microfiber towel or turban for your hair. Russian Banya- Incredible experience, wouldn’t recommend if you’re sensitive to being hot. Karen is amazing throughout the service but can be a little chatty. Karen also made sure I had all the drinks, water, and snacks I needed throughout the day. Facial- my personal favorite of each of the services. It was relaxing and left my skin looking and feeling amazing. Shellac mani/pedi- Traci was great company. The mani and pedi were relaxing. The mani and pedi were done well but the polish left a little to be desired. Overall, very positive experience that I would absolutely recommend to anyone. If you’re having any spa services, I would recommend asking them what they would recommend you bring in advance.
Came here for a birthday visit and did a special they had online for a massage, facial, and manicure. Upon entering, it was very chaotic and loud not spa like. My facial was amazing. Then the massage. Karen talked the entire time. Even after she kept saying “okay I’m done talking so you can relax” I thought oh good finally lol. Then she proceeded to talk about the spa amenities downstairs that I wasn’t even offered in the first place for “next time”. Well I knew there wasn’t going to be a next time. The massage was horrible. She showed up late, left early, and didn’t even massage me. I got the hand chops on the back… Last was the manicure and the woman who did it was very kind and inviting. She did a good job. Over all I wouldn’t recommend as when I was leaving the front desk tried to over charge me even though I booked a special for a specific price online. The whole experience was a turn off as it was not relaxing in the slightest. Well besides my facial, she did fantastic. Everything else was below par.
