We’ve been taking our cars here for over 10 years. They are honest, hard working and talented mechanics. The front desk employees are wonderful. My teenagers now take their cars in themselves and the guys at the desk always explain everything to them and work with them on which repairs need to be done right away and which repairs can wait. My son is college and on a budget. He gets the repairs he can afford and he goes back to them for the repairs that can wait. His car is 24 years old, so he frequents Extreme auto a lot. Thanks for the crew for taking such good care of him and our entire family.
I requested a tire rotation and Four wheel balance. They were ready for my vehicle in just a few minutes. Technicians were quick and efficient! This is a good shop to Go to take care of your car!
I’m okay with the work done on my trucks ball joints. I’m not thrilled with the oil change. The next morning when I drove my truck out of the garage I noticed a fairly large oil slick on my new concrete floor. No one told me the oil change guy spilled oil over the engine while trying to refill my truck.
I enjoy taking my auto to Extreme Auto repair. They do not try to upsale you. They will recommend repairs time to time but will let you know if the repair can wait awhile or need to be done sooner than later. Explaining everything that’s done!
