I have been going to this barbershop for years and I am a long time client with Boris. When I tell you that this man and the shop are so welcoming, you walk in and they talk to you and each other and it feels like you’re family, a friend. I can always rely on Boris to give me a nice, clean cut, and he never did me wrong. I spent a lot of years switching barbers and I always end up disappointed and unsatisfied. But from the very first day I sat down in a chair at this barbershop, I felt good, I felt confident, and I really felt like they listened to me about what I wanted and helped me get exactly what I wanted in a hair cut. Another thing I love is you can really trust them when it comes to seeking a professional opinion, especially Boris, he will respect what I want but is always glad to tell me what will work and what won’t. Best barber I’ve ever had, and I plan to keep coming.
Horrible experience. Made an appointment with Edward first thing in the morning for later that afternoon. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and Edward was nowhere to be found. He shows up 10 minutes after my appointment and find out that he has double booked. Does not apologize and takes the other customer first as if nothing happened. Was pretty apparent that he did not care. His boss was able to take me 40 minutes later. To make matters worse my car was damaged in the parking lot. Will never support a small mom and pop establishment again. Go somewhere else where you’ll get better service and pay the same amount. Feel sorry for the owner who has to hire people like Edward that lack customer service and have questionable business practices.
This is the only place I will go for my 6 year old. We have tried a LOT of different barber shops and you either get a bad haircut or have to wait while the barber talks to everyone in the shop or takes smoke breaks. Edward always gets us in on time or early! Amazing cuts for kids.
What can I say, other than I've found my new Barbershop and Barber. Edward was awesome. He gave a wonderful cut and gave me some great suggestions. I haven't got a haircut this great in a long time. Thank you very much Edward you're a Rockstar barber.
Boris is the man! I won't see anyone else but him while I'm in or around Denver. You know how, when you move, it sucks having to find a new barber that's actually good at cutting your hair? Especially when you had a good barber at your old place? That was me. I've been going to him for around 6 months now and he knocks it out of the park every time, and remembered my name right away.
