I'm pleased to share my appreciation and satisfaction with the exceptional experience we had working with Golden West. No one chooses to have a significant (and costly) sewer line issue, but unfortunately that's how it goes and thankfully Golden West was there to help us resolve at every step of the way. From their rapid response to getting the team on site within an hour when water started coming up through the basement drains and other unpleasant places, to their work helping to pull/re-install the furnace and water-heater all in one day so the mitigation and cleaning teams could work quickly, (all to ensure we didn't have to spend a night without running water or heat), to the professionalism of their entire office and crews when they spent 2 full-days onsite jack-hammering out and replacing that old cast-iron sewer line both inside and out, they were simply the best. Additional appreciation for Josh who was in constant contact with us throughout the process, always communicating what our options were and what to expect, as well as making sure we experienced the least amount of disturbance as possible. Lou who provided some sage advice from the beginning, Manny for his same-day work on the furnace and water-heater, and finally Mike, who helped us understand costs and provided us options and breakdowns at every step. There were another half-dozen+ individuals who also deserve our thanks as well, treating our house with the care and concern as if it was their own, (they know who they are - the front-landscaping looks better now after they dug it up and replaced it then before!). High praise for Golden West, the work they performed and the manner with which it was delivered was second to none, although I hope we don't have to meet again, if (and when) we do, I'm confident that it will be the only call I'll need to make to resolve.
I have worked routinely with Golden West over the last half decade or so and have always found the experience to be excellent! I am currently a VIP member as I have always found the quality of their work to be fantastic! I most recently had Max Aranda out to investigate an issue with my Furnace and A/C. He was able to sort the issue temporarily until he could source a replacement part. He was able to return within the same week and get the issue fully resolved! As with everyone at Golden West, he was polite, efficient, and made sure all my concerns were addressed! I have also had Anthony Linares out to investigate a potential wiring issue with my main breaker panel. He was prompt, polite, explained the state of my panel, isolated the exact fault, and at my request, dialed in some old wiring with an updated and regulation compliant GFCI outlet. I have also previously had Carlos Guteirrez out for my AC/Furnace, and Josh Arana and Lou Martinez for some absolute plumbing emergencies! Everyone has always been fantastic! Everything is always well documented and the GW office has been gracious enough to re-forward docs when I misplace them! All in all, a fantastic multi-role service that has a saved my hide a number of times! Fantastic work, Thank You Everyone at Golden West!
The team at Golden West was incredibly accommodating. We had a pipe break over the weekend and they were on it. They came on a Saturday and Josh stayed at our house until 11pm fixing it. The entire team was polite, professional, and friendly. We were very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work.
We had an ancient swamp cooler that needed to go! I called Golden West Plumbing because they installed our furnace awhile ago and that was a great experience! Carlos Gutierrez came out and provided an affordable answer. He was also the lead on our furnace job. He and his crew, Luis and Jose came the same week and installed a beautiful, up-to-date system just in time for Colorado's hot summer. The installation crew was friendly and they knew what they were doing! I had a question, so I contacted the office and spoke to Emma and Micheal. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions right away! I would happily and confidently recommend this company for any of your cooling or heating needs.
Carlos was absolutely excellent. As always Golden West has a great team. I was informed all through the process on price, timing, and updates along the way. The team was professional and worked around some ancillary construction items to make my installation work perfectly. The new heater looks great in the location, and having updated controls for the system brings us into the modern age…! I will continue to use Golden West and Carlos for sure.
