Rip off tech. First inspection is cost $90 and he gave me an estimate to replace Inducer Motor in my furnace at $ 2,308.82 ????? !!!!! Really !!!! I asked can you break down how much is parts and how much is for laber and he said they don't work like per hour. That is the price. I asked how long it will take to install he said 30 minutes I found out wholes set of inducer motor cost $200 and basically he is charging $ 1,800 for labor Found some resanable guy for $700 part and labor installed. Avoid this guy Will add his estamet later...
Needed cleaning and tune up. Mr Brian was very professional and kindly explained how to maintain our furnace efficiently. It feels awesome to have good work done for VERY affordable price!
