Mark is so talented! Extremely skilled and has your best interest and I highly recommend him to anyone who goes here or is looking to book here. The environment is very clean, relaxing, and “zen” (but bring back the waterfall wall!). Every therapist I have had has been wonderful. Kim gives THE best facials - her massage work is amazing! The reception staff is always welcoming. Shout out to Kayla! She is an asset to Hand and Stone in every way. Highly recommend!

Josh is pretty darn amazing! He’s really welcoming, has great bedside manner and is extremely skilled. I’ve had a ton of tension in my upper back/neck/head lately and he did an amazing job working it out…breaking up the knots and essentially unlocking the pain in my back. Although this will sound funny…he’s got really strong hands, meaning the pressure stayed consistent and firm thru the entire appointment. Thanks Josh for the awesome job. I’ll def be going back.

Hand and Stone has gone so far downhill it's actually insane! They keep making changes to memberships and what is allowed between franchisee locations and regular locations. And just overall membership changes that make it much harder to use your packages, Cancel refund, and transfer. All of it is much harder, more expensive and has limits now. Avoid this place like the plague and go to a better massage location for cheaper
