We finally have a favorite plumber! Nick and Justin were very patient and explained not only what broke but how and why. They went through all of our options and helped us decide how to proceed. They were very courteous and carefully cleaned up. We are very pleased and highly recommend High Five.
I have to say Justin with high 5 has to be one of the most polite and knowledgeable vendors we’ve ever had. We moved into an older home that had some maintenance issues. He explained everything very clearly and laid out the options. Plus he sold us on High 5s maintenance plan which seems well worth the money if you have an older home. We are so pleased with our new water softener and the work we had done. They really do high 5 you at the end of their successful job! :)
I had a small leak in basement that turned-out to be a bigger deal with a full drain line replacement. I contacted High 5 Plumbing online first thing Monday morning, received a response 30 minutes later, and a tech was at the house within 2 hours looking at the problem and pricing. The quote was on the higher side but fair, and the options were much appreciated. Jesus and Riccardo were extremely professional and did an excellent job with the repairs all within a couple of hours. Overall a great experience from the High 5 Team. Thank you!
