Genuine, honest and professional auto repair service. Did not try to sell us a bunch of repairs that weren’t needed at the time. Car was serviced very quickly and they were very clear with communication and photos. Hotchkiss Auto Repair is the ONLY service facility we will take our vehicle. Brought my truck in because I had a bad shake/vibration coming from the front suspension. They diagnosed and did a good job of explaining what needed to be replaced and got me back on the road quickly. Everyone was very friendly and I thought they were very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend these guys for auto repairs
I have taken my 2016 jeep to a few other repairs shops before and was getting consistent high quotes and long laundry list of items needed to be done for it. I would do the minimum (oil, tire rotation, alignment, and fluids) and kept a list of the items I was told would need to be done. I then followed up with Cody the manager at Hotchkiss who used to work at my go to shop before it sold and he moved. He got me in quickly and got his team to look into the issues I brought up. Long story short, the laundry list of items I was concerned about quickly turned into a manageable list at Hotchkiss and explanations of why other shops might put those items on the list, and what actually needs to be done. Work was completed quickly, and my car is running great, and I have easy of mind that my Jeep is in a good state.
A good first experience! I came here on a recommendation from the former owner of my vehicle and was not disappointed. They’re responsive, kind, and to the point. They send a detailed report of their findings including pictures before doing any work and their prices seem to be fair, especially for the quality of the experience. The shop also got my vehicle in and out quickly despite short staffing.
