If you value your money, safety, and sanity — stay far away from InC Auto Repair Center.
I put my trust — and around $15,000 — into this shop. I believed I was supporting a woman-owned business that would stand behind their work. Instead, I ended up with FOUR failed engines IN ONE YEAR, constant breakdowns, and an exhausting cycle of empty reassurances and band-aid repairs. What was supposed to be a two-week job ended up costing me a year without my vehicle and years of problems with my vehicle.
I’ve broken down more than 20 times since going to InC. I’ve been stranded on highways, in the mountains, and late at night with my kids in the car. The Jeep they “rebuilt” for reliability became a rolling hazard.
They didn’t fix things — they hacked them together with zip ties and shortcuts. I’ve found critical components sloppily secured, damaged, or poorly reinstalled. Even my oil pan and radiator leaked after being worked on there. My CPS was installed incorrectly, leading to nearly a year of misfire and limp mode issues they couldn’t trace. Rather than diagnose properly, they just kept throwing parts at the problem and hoped it would work. Eventually, I had to take it elsewhere to get it diagnosed and finally fixed.
They touched nearly every single engine component and system that makes a vehicle run — and they managed to screw up almost all of it. They sent me on wild goose chases, and their tech regularly drove my Jeep to his home with him (an hour away from the shop) “for testing.” They even racked up a toll bill with my license plates!
I kept giving them chances. I returned for warranty work countless times. After all the money spent, what could I do?
Then, when I finally sent someone to pick up my aftermarket parts — parts I personally purchased and left there for installation after engine work — I was suddenly told I owed thousands of dollars, threatened with storage fees (which were never discussed before), and told I couldn’t retrieve my property unless I signed a lengthy and outrageous non-disparagement agreement. I did not sign it.
When I refused to sign away my right to speak, she revoked my warranty — not because the work was complete, but because I wouldn’t stay quiet. I’ve still never been provided a final invoice or a clear explanation of what they say I owe. I didn’t hear a word about any balance until I tried to get my parts. It was pure retaliation.
Since walking away from InC, I’ve had to pay other shops to fix their mistakes. I trusted them far longer than I should have, but I’m speaking up now so no one else has to learn the hard way.
Avoid this shop at all costs. What they do isn’t repair — it’s damage control. RUN.
Also, if you’re reading glowing 5-star reviews and wondering how it could be so different — you’re not alone. I’ve since connected with several others who had awful experiences like mine, and it’s clear I’m not the only one. It makes you wonder how some of the praise online came to be.

This shop used to be the best shop!! Sadly some unfortunately events happened here and the owner does not have the same good worker bees she used to,, her new workers are going to cause her to loose this business
Our car has been in this shop all year, this place will look at your car, and see all the problems that are wrong with it, however they only fix the problem that they are told too,
Meaning when it’s brought it for a screwed up hose or a radiator they only fix the bare minimum, instead of looking the car over and saying “ hey there, you might need to get this fixed and this fixed”
Instead they fix one tiny thing and say “it’s good to go”
When it is not, I’ve had my car towed to this shop 5 times this year at least, each time was for something that could have been prevented if they just took an extra 5 min to look everything over.
A few months ago I needed a new radior. They did change it out no problems till fast forward till last week, my car was smoking and I was stranded on Sheridan,
To find out it was the radior hose., after talking to other car shops they all say when a radiator gets replaced you should allways get a new hose . They did not do that they waiting for the hose to break again so I would have to bring it in for another visit.
After this we took the car to breaks plus on Parker road, they had the car for one day.. and they fixed up the shocks, the bushings, and it had alignment issues, ..
( all issues that inc auto failed to bring to our attention, and I feel as though they were waiting for another multi thousand visit)
After speaking to my father he is very upset and feels taken advantage of after adding up all the bills from this place we could have gotten a brand new car
Which leaves me to believe this is why they gate keeping car problems so instead of buying a new car you continue to bring it in every few months to have them fix little things for hundreds to thousands of dollars ..
I recommend to everyone if your going to have work done here , go across the street and breaks plus double check there work ,
And after picking it up from breaks plus it’s runs better than it ever has,. Like driving a new vehicle

I took multiple vehicles in for pre-purchase checks as well as had the team inspect two of my current vehicles. The Inc team was always honest and completely thorough in what they saw as well what the cost would be for the repairs. The work has always been completed in a timely manner, usually the same day or next day. I purchased a new vehicle and the team will be my go-to shop for all my repairs. I appreciate the honesty and transparency that has been provided. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for service.

Great service! They always are able to get my Jeep in quickly and they get the work completed when they say. Everyone there is super nice and helpful - so much so I brought another Jeep to them!
